HaVe A gOoD LaUgH

Hey blogville,

I Thank God for another opportunity for Mrs. Dark-elooo ( yeah that is my new name...lol) to put up a post. Many wish to do so but for a reason or the other they can't. hahahahahehehehe.

Ok i got this in my mail box today and i felt let me share with my peeps. hope you will have a good and healthy laugh like i did.



My people,
I am getting fatter oh. How many weeks into the marriage? ("it is not what you are thinking".)

All my clothes now look like "borrowed" pieces. If you see any dark round thing rolling like drum around Lagos island, then it is moi.

I am serious about this matter oh. What can i do? pleaseeeeeeeeeee don't suggest exercise cos of my work hours. I need help.

Uhmm, since you cant do exercise cos of your work hours...3 meals a day would have to go! So have dinner, but substitute lunch and breakfast with this:

In place of a meal, have 2 glasses of (2 tbspoons of fresh lemon juice, a pinch of pepper and ginger/maple syrup MIXED with water - to make up a glass) The pepper speeds up your metabolism by 15%, the lemon juice and the syrup or ginger increases energy.

It is kinda drastic,lol...but you should definately notice a difference within 10 days...

Awww, my girl is happy and comfortable! That's what marriage does to a person. Workout and eat less, you'll be fine.

Cut down drastically on your food portions....use small plates/bowls to eat

My sister...you will need to cut down food portions and stop eating late at night, let 7 be your maximum time for food...and then maybe you can exercise over the weekend? Do some walking, like use stairs instead of lifts...
Lol at the way you described yourself...married life is sweet jo!

do a lite breakfast

a heavy lunch

skip dinner especially carbs!!!!!!!!!!

if u are not a gym person-take walks

Babe even before the wedding your weight was increasing. It is called peace of mind slowing your metabolism. lol! I suffer from the same.

Ditch the car on weekends, reduce calorie intake. Walk around the office (do you own photocopying and stuff) and at night exercise with your husband (You know what i mean cough cough). Guaranteed to make you break a sweat if you aint lazy. lol

I think eating early helps o. No meals after 9.
